Refund policy

We have a 3 day refund or exchange policy, you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened.

To began the refund process,  email us at Lovebugprod@gmail.com If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you request an item be returned, you will be refunded the price of the item ordered minus any shipping costs.

Please note, for refunds related to any damaged items we will pay the shipping cost for the item to be returned back Or replaced. For any refunds related to anything else the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 3 business days.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
